1. Return Policy

Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with no damage or alterations.

To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return number.

Ensure all data is backed up from your device, and perform a factory reset to wipe the handset.

Remove any security codes as locked devices cannot be processed.

Complete the returns form and include it with your device. Missing or incomplete forms may delay the process.

Carefully package the handset along with all original accessories before sending it back.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item (excluding U.S. bank holidays).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A deduction will be made for missing accessories, such as a USB charging cable.

If our Quality Control (QC) process detects third-party repairs, software modifications, or damage to the device, refunds will not be issued, and the handset will be returned to you.

3. Exclusions

Negligence, misuse, or deliberate damage.

Battery deterioration due to normal aging.
